At Elc.co.uk You will receive your toys within 4 working days of placing your order. Some toys will take longer to deliver; please check delivery details on the specific product page. They aim to get the toys to you as fast as possible. You can choose Standard or Express delivery for your order. Express Delivery is unavailable for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or the Isle of Man. Standard delivery to these locations takes 7-10 working days. Standard delivery takes 4 working days to deliver. Express delivery takes 2 working days to deliver. Standard delivery is FREE for any order of £100 or over. They’re afraid they do not deliver toys outside the UK mainland unless it is via BFPO.

At Elc.co.uk there is no problem, and returns are FREE. Their no quibble returns policy means they will happily exchange an item or refund your money. This does not affect your statutory rights. Send the item back along with the advice note enclosed with your order. Simply fill in the advice note, and return it by post to the address shown. You do not have to pay for the postage at all. Simply visit any ELC store with the item and your original receipt. They'll gladly exchange the item or give you a refund. There's no time limit.
